synopsis

A film about the everyday-life of people in Romania, struggling with the continuing social and economic crises. Ana Ionescu, the 85-year-old grandmother of one of the film-makers, is the red thread leading through the film. Through her, connections are made to other people. Their lives are the point of departure to trace the complexity of today's Romania.
