synopsis

A small town in Puglia, mid '70s. Carlo is a sixteen-year-old boy who wants to grow up fast. His friends are older than him and they ali represent role models to him. He is the youngest member of an ambitious music band and is desperately in love with a schoolmate. He's always arguing with his father, a postal service employee, constant dreamer and amateur playwright and theatre director - every year he produces his own plays amidst the townsfolk' sneers.
But everything changes with the arrivai of three girls from northem Italy: Tea, Gaia and LenaJ daughters of an engineer about to build a new factory which will open to work opportunities for the town.
