synopsis
The British Hairdressing Championship is coming to the small Yorkshire town of Keighley. The Mayor is ecstatic, but initially the townspeople are underwhelmed. The exotic models and their even more exotic hairdressers arrive among them reigning champion, Ray Robertson.
