THE PACT OF SILENCE

by Graham Guit

synopsis

A humanitarian mission in North-East Brazil. A young Carmelite nun, in a state of extreme suffering, is brought to the emergency ward of a clinic. A doctor examines the young woman but, strangely, can find nothing wrong with her, clinically speaking.
Intrigued by the faultless protection with which her order surrounds the nun, he decides to follow up her case, even to France where she is repatriated in secret.
