VIVE LE CINÉMA!
by Diane Kurys
synopsis
Sybille enthusiastically launches into writing the screenplay for her first film. A renowned actress, this is the first time she'll be stepping behind the camera to direct. Everything seems favorable to her success. Her producers Brigitte and Ingrid are two crazy but endearing characters and with them Sybille throws herself into this adventure, putting her family life on hold. But, from the improbable casting of the lead actresses to the successive rewrites of the screenplay, and not forgetting a lack of financiers willing to commit, the wonderful dream turns into a nightmare. An incorrigible optimist, Sybille will realize too late that her fanciful and totally insane producers are going to drag her into their madness.
