HUMANS

by Jacques-Olivier Molon, Pierre-Olivier Thévenin

synopsis

Professor Schneider, a respected anthropologist, believes he has made an important discovery that could call into question the genetic evolution of human existence. In order to prove his theory, he embarks on an expedition to the Lötschen Valley with his research team. On the way their minivan loses control because of a mysterious creature on the road and plummets into the valley below. Schneider is killed. Because the climb back up to the road is so arduous, the researchers decide to spend the night in the valley. And the next morning the body is gone.
