Stefano Consiglio

Worked as assistant director for, among others, Giuseppe Bertolucci, Roberto Benigni and Giulio Questi, and from 1982-83 made documentaries from the sets of films by Sergio Leone, Ettore Scola and Richard Donner.

In 1991 he directed La Camera da Letto, an adaptation of the eponymous poem by Attilio Bertolucci, who stars in the film.

In 2003 he won the Cipputi Award at the Turin Film Festival for L’Uomo Flessibile.
