Esben Toft Jacobsen

Esben Toft Jacobsen is born in Gentofte in Denmark on 21.5.1977. He began his career working as an animator and illustrator for computer games before taking up studies at the Danish School of Design, dropping out to take up studies at the National Film School of Denmark in 2002. He took part in the Generation section in 2007 with his short DRENGEN I KUFFERTEN. He and his film’s composer Nicklas Schmidt were both participants of the 2008 Berlinale Talent Campus.
