Sacha Polak

Sacha Polak was born on 29 July 1982 in Amsterdam. She completed her studies at the Netherlands Film and Television Academy in Amsterdam with her short graduation film TEER. In 2009 she trained as a director at the Binger Filmlab in Amsterdam. HEMEL is her first feature-length film and won a prize at the 2012 Berlinale. (Source : Berlin Film Festival)
