Michael Grandage

Born in Yorkshire, England in 1962, he has been artistic director of various well-known British theatres. In 2011 he founded the Michael Grandage Company which produces theatre, film and television and he works as its producer and artistic director.The theatreplay The Crippleof Inishmaan with Daniel Radcliffe in the leading role appeared on Broadway and was nominated for six Tony Awards including for Best Director. He has also directed operas including Don Giovanni at the Metropolitan Opera in New York.
