Poland’s Karpiński elected to EFP Board

Maciej Karpiński, deputy director and head of International Relations at the Polish Film Institute, is welcomed as the new representative on the European Film Promotion (EFP) Board of Directors.
He was elected by the EFP members to replace the departing Pilar Torre, who had been a member of the Board since 2005.
The Board now comprises: EFP President Éva Vezér (Magyar Filmunió, Hungary, General Manager), EFP Vice President Claudia Landsberger (Holland Film, Managing Director), Christian Dorsch (German Films, Managing Director), Karpiński, Simon Perry (Irish Film Board, CEO), Christian Juhl Lemche (Danish Film Institute, Festival Manager Feature Films) and Jaana Puskala (Finnish Film Foundation, Head of International Promotion).
