Woody Allen and Mediapro collaborate on London-set film
The first of three films to be made by US director Woody Allen for Spanish production company Mediapro started shooting in London on Monday, July 13. Its title has yet to be confirmed.
The film will be co-produced by US company Gravier Productions. Spain’s Imagina Intl. Sales (jointly founded by Mediapro and Globomedia) will handle international sales, outside the US and Spain.
The New York-born director’s new comedy will, as usual, feature an ensemble cast full of well-known actors, including Antonio Banderas, Josh Brolin, Anthony Hopkins, Gemma Jones and Naomi Watts.
