by Wojciech Smarzowski swept away seven awards. Best Film of the Year 2011, the feature also won Best Director, Best Actress (Agata Kulesza), Best Supporting Actor (Jacek Braciak), Best Screenplay (Michal Szczerbic), and Best Sound (Jacek Hamela and Katarzyna Dzida-Hamela), besides the Audience’s Award.

The Award for Best Actor went to Robert Więckiewicz, who has featured in some of the most important Polish films of the moment (like In Darkness by Agnieszka Holland and Courage by Greg Zgliński) and who is currently on set acting in Walęsa by Andrzej Wajda. In Darkness also took away awards for Best Supporting Actress (Kinga Preis) and Best Director of Photography (Jolanta Dylewska).
