Thai film-maker, screenwriter, producer and video director Apichatpong Weerasethakul will be President of the Jury of the 65th Locarno Film Festival's International Competition, taking place on 1-11 August. Born in 1970, Apichatpong Weerasethakul has made five feature films. He won the Golden Palm at the Cannes Film Festival in 2010 for Uncle Boonmee Who Can Recall His Past Lives [+see also:
