23/11/2015 - After Montpellier, Arras and Thessaloniki, the Amiens Film Festival has selected four projects as part of its Support Fund

At the 35th Amiens International Film Festival (FIFAM), the projects Aliyushka dans la cité de fer by Adilkhan Yerzhanov (Kazakhstan), Un homme va mourir by Mama Keita (Guinea) and Perro negro by George Walker Torres (Venezuela) have bagged three grants worth €10,000 each, handed out to the directors as part of the Screenplay Development Support Fund. Set up by the CNC, the International Organisation of La Francophonie, the French Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, the Venezuelan National Autonomous Centre of Cinematography, the Central Social Activities Fund and the cultural services of French Embassies, in partnership with the Cannes Film Festival’s Producers Network, the fund also awarded a grant of €7,000 to the French project Atlas by Jérémy Gravayat.
