The comedy starring Checco Zalone, which has already been distributed in Switzerland and sold in Spain (to A Contracorriente Films), Portugal (Outsider Films/A Contracorriente Films) and the UK (the Vue Cinemas circuit), has now secured distribution in many other countries, including Germany and Austria (Weltkino), Greece (Spentzos Films), Russia (Cinema Prestige), Australia and New Zealand (Palace Films), and the Middle East (Italia Film International). The multiple offers made for France and Latin America are currently being weighed up, and many producers have been showing a strong interest in staging a remake of the film.

These are qualities that are highly appreciated abroad, and at a time when Italian cinema is in the limelight and attracting the attention of professionals all over the world, Taodue is ready to re-launch the creativity and talents of our country overseas.”
In order to achieve this, besides ensuring a presence at international markets, it is crucial to develop projects in co-production with important organisations outside Italy, and to create an internal department dedicated exclusively to international productions and sales.
