film profile]), play Sofia and Andrea, a couple who have been married for ten years but who are now on the brink of divorce. He is a brilliant neurosurgeon who is conducting an experiment on the human brain, while she is an ambitious TV presenter whose career is on the up. Following one of Andrea's science experiments, they both suddenly find themselves literally occupying each other's bodies, with each having no choice but to carry on with the life and daily routine of the other.

Described as an extraordinary and scathing comedy, Husband and Wife depicts the incredible and eye-opening journey that Sofia and Andrea will be compelled to undertake through the life of their partner; it is an experience that will change each of them forever, forcing them to rediscover that sense of mutual empathy and real connection, which is so vital if you want to be able to truly love someone.

Husband and Wife, written by Giulia Steigerwalt, will be shot over six weeks in Rome and is being produced by Warner Bros Entertainment Italia, together with Matteo Rovere for Groenlandia and Roberto Sessa for Picomedia. The movie will be out in theatres on 13 April 2017, distributed by Warner Bros Pictures.
