Apulian film and TV production company Altre Storie is opening a branch dedicated to film distribution activities. Founding partner Cesare Fragnelli has announced the theatrical release of the first movie, slated for 31 May, in conjunction with Film 9: it will be A Tale of Love and Darkness, the directorial debut by Natalie Portman, which was presented out of competition in the Special Screenings section of the 2015 Cannes Film Festival. In June, Claude Lelouch’s Salaud on t'aime [+see also:
film profile], starring Johnny Hallyday and Sandrine Bonnaire, will be distributed in partnership with Rai Cinema.
