Three prizes will be handed out by a five-member international jury: the Best Film Award and Special Jury Award, which will be accompanied by the amounts of €6,000 and €3,000, respectively, and the Best Director Award, which comes with €1,000 in cash as well as a DCP Mastering, Deliverables and Subtitling Award, worth €3,500 in technical services, sponsored by Authorwave.

It should be noted that the second main screening section of the festival, Viewfinder, includes award-winning films that have not been screened before in Cyprus. Aside from the ten-day screening programme, the festival also organises events, Q&A sessions and film workshops for professionals. Furthermore, the parallel Children and Youth section continues to develop an educational platform through various events, workshops and screenings dedicated to young audiences and children.

The Cyprus Film Days is an initiative of the Cultural Services of the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Rialto Theatre in Limassol.
