), the story follows in the wake of Clémence, whose dad goes and dies on the very day she realises that no-one has ever admired her. Comforted by illusions stemming from the remains of a complicated childhood, Clémence has no other choice but to attempt to recover her self-esteem, which is lower than she ever imagined. When fate has her cross paths with Paul, who everyone calls Paul Pot due to his marked tyrannical leanings, Clémence asks herself the only question that counts: is this person really the right person?

Une fille au-dessus de tout is produced by Laurine Pellassy on behalf of Les Films de la Capitaine and by Eduardo Sosa Soria for La Féline, in co-production with Karé Productions. The movie is supported by the Île-de-France and Normandy regions, as well as by the SOFICA company Cinécapital. Distribution in French cinemas is entrusted to Nour Films and international sales to MPM Premium.
