Screened during Hungarian film Week 2005 (next edition 31 January to 7 February 2006), Glasswall marks the return after seven years of filmmaker Pál Erdöss, winner of the Golden leopard at Locarno and of the Caméra d'Or at Cannes in 1982 - 1983 with The Princess. Produced by Cinemart Kft and distributed in Hungary by Hungarotop, his new feature Glasswall retraces the misadventures of a single mother whose little girl of three has leukaemia and needs a bone marrow transplant. Interpreted by Mariann Szalay, Zsolt Anger and Andrea Fullajtár, the film recounts the difficulties of finding a suitable donor, arriving in the shape of her brother, an alcoholic who is totally messed up.

Completely different ambiance in the first feature by Ákos Barnóczky, Blond Coke, throws a yuppie into an unfamiliar universe. Produced by New Balance and distributed by SPI International, this comedy evokes the fall of Nandor Lerner, a successful businessman operating on the edge of the law, in the property market. But an error will catch him out one day, losing: his fortune in shares, his car and beautiful girlfriend. A catastrophe which is compounded by the fact he has no friends. In despair, Nandor will hook up with a Rumanian mechanic. Casting for the film with a screenplay by Csaba Novák are Zita Görög, Gabi Gubás, Endre Beleznay and Péter Majoros Majka.
