Other than the films in competition, Hungary sees four of its talents chosen for the parallel sections for 35th edition of the Rotterdam festival (25 January - 5 February).

The Sturm und Drang programme includes Black Brush (Fekete kefe) by Roland Vranik, a first feature winner at the Hungarian Film Week 2005 (read news), as well as Death Rode Out of Persia by Putyi Horváth which was screened notably at the Turin Festival.
The section White Light also offers two Magyar productions with the multiple award-winner Dealer by Benedek Fliegauf (consult the article) and Johanna [+see also:
