film profile] has been selected at the upcoming Berlin Film Festival's Forum programme.

”I´m thrilled that the film has been selected, it´s my first film at the Berlin Film Festival. I really look forward to going there with Leo”, said the filmmaker.

Leo is his fourth feature film produced by Memfis Film, following Jalla, Jalla!, Kops and Zozo [+see also:

film profile]. Based on the director's own original script, it is the story of Leo who celebrates his 30th birthday, surrounded by family and friends. But as the party ends and Leo and his girlfriend walk back home, something happens which will forever change their lives.

Leo was released in Sweden on November 30 by Sonet Film, and in it's opening weekend, the film took the sixth position at the Top Ten. International sales are handled by Trust Film Sales.
