Remaining six jury members announced
The organisers of the 59th Berlin Film Festival (February 5-15) have announced the six other members of the international jury presided by Oscar-winning actress Tilda Swinton.
They include Spanish director Isabel Coixet; best-selling Swedish writer Henning Mankell; author of the Inspector Wallander adventures, which have been adapted for the big screen; German film, theatre, opera and radio personality Christoph Schlingensief (The German Chainsaw Massacre); directors Gaston Kaboré (Burkina Faso) and Wayne Wang (US); and US writer Alice Waters.
Swinton has taken part in the Berlinale on several occasions: she won a Silver Bear in 1986 for her debut film role in Caravaggio by Derek Jarman, to whom she dedicated a film portrait, which screened in last year’s Panorama section.
Coixet is also a regular at the festival – to which she has been invited four times (and was in competition last year with Elegy [+see also:

film profile]) – as is Wang, who picked up a Silver Bear for Smoke in 1995.
