Max Hubacher made his film acting debut in 2009 as one of the leads in Michael Schaerer's cancer drama Stationspiraten. This year he is the Swiss Shooting Star
18-year-old Max Hubacher had acquired a taste for the theatre when he was just seven. At the age of 13 Max appeared in the Schauspielhaus Zürich, playing the role of Paul in Liebestraum by Robert Walser (director: Thomas Koerfer). He then became a member of the 14+ Youth Theatre Club affiliated to Berne's Schlachthaus Theater in 2007.
