Fabian is an investigative journalist for a major Berlin newspaper. He assigns an a priori trivial task to his trainee Nadja. But this proves more interesting than it at first seemed, and he is soon plunged into a toxic waste scandal, not realising that powerful interest groups have determined to make use of him.
