synopsis

Set in contemporary Tangier, the ramshackle establishment of the title is run by Fouad who, after meeting Driss, a hustling young taxi driver, is persuaded to turn it into a real restaurant. Relationships sour, however, as tensions and a submerged erotic charge between the two men manifest themselves as aggression.
