L'ART (DÉLICAT) DE LA SÉDUCTION

by Richard Berry

synopsis

Etienne, automobile designer, is a perfectionist and idealist who’s holding out for True Love. His life is turned upside down one December 25, the second he meets Laure, a young woman who speaks with the same sensual ease about the latest developments in turbo diesel engines as she does about Joseph Conrad. He falls head over heels… And she isn’t altogether oblivious to his charms. Disarmingly quick off the mark, she spontaneously suggests that they make a date for “their bodies to get better acquainted…” Etienne already has his Palm Pilot out to arrange a time and place when Laura ingenuously suggests May 27 at 9.00 pm… May 27?
