synopsis

Eva is 17 and has Tourette. Sometimes her ticks drive her nuts, but in general Eva is pretty happy. In the tight-knit circle of her eccentric family everyone accepts her as she is. But when her father loses his job, the family equilibrium is thrown off balance. Together with her dotty grandma and her wacky uncle Bernie, Eva launches numerous attempts to help secure the family’s financial existence, each one more chaotic than before – until Eva manages to rise above her illness and realizes that it's time she leads her own life…
