synopsis

Dris and Yanis, two young guys on the block, choose crime as a way out of the concrete jungle. Petty break-ins lead to daring hold-ups; Dris and Yanis become experts at their craft. Their crew: Niglo the Gypsy, Foued the son of Senegalese immigrants, Nina the beautiful Gypsy thief who’s in love with Dris.
Today Dris is turning 33. Today he is being released from prison after serving a four-year stint. Today he’s going to settle down. He wants to lead a calm life with Lise, a woman he met before going to jail. She knows about his violent past and refuses to condone it.
