I'M DEAD BUT I HAVE FRIENDS

by Guillaume Malandrin, Stéphane Malandrin

synopsis

In this Belgian rock ‘n’ roll road movie, a trip to sunny California turns into an odyssey in the Canadian Arctic. It’s the Flemish-Walloon duo Wim Willaert and Bouli Lanners that undertakes this improbable journey. We follow them with a smile through their often alcohol-soaked fits of madness, anger, fear and sentimentality. Hilarious scenes, poignant dialogues, a smooth scenario and a rhythm that never slacks. In short, for us, the comedy of the year.
