synopsis

Raja, a beautiful young Moroccan woman, lives life on the streets where she's hassled by her brother and lover who are on the look out for any money they can make. She works for Frederic, a foreigner who lives in a swank house among the palm trees. He falls for her, she's attracted to him. She's also attracted to the things he owns, the dream of another life.
