synopsis

A man is travelling from Paris to Berlin, looking for his wife. He finds her in a psychiatric hospital in Spandau, an area in the North-West of Berlin, and brings her back to Paris. But she keeps going to Berlin every year, desperate to find her daughter who was kidnapped in 1989 when she was three. She ends up meeting Nina, a young homeless girl she believes to be her daughter.
