synopsis

Jacques, just out of prison, gets in touch with his 10 year old son, Roland, whom he never knew. He wants to take him on holiday despite his adoptive family's reticence. A few days before leaving, Jacques looks up Anne, the child's mother, who doesn't know Roland either. Three characters who don't know each other embark on a search to love each other, without either of them quite knowing why.
