is a German production that was screened in competition at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival. Adapted from the novel of the same name by renowned Scottish writer A L Kennedy, the story follows Helene Brindel, a woman trapped in a failing marriage and losing her faith in God, as she tries to find liberation through the celebrated psychologist Eduard E Gluck, and the two find themselves irresistibly drawn to each other. We met up with Taddicken at the festival to talk about the film.
