synopsis

The B. Family is the protagonist of this story. Their house is located half way between the Israeli colonies and an arabian village. The head of the family, Mohamed, a great lover of English literature, a writer and headmaster of a secondary school, refuses to leave his house to the Israeli army, which intends to seize it for security reasons.
