For the 6th year in a row, Good Pitch will be presenting the best in European media engagement strategies in London on June 7.

Running several times throughout the year, Good Pitch brings together documentary filmmakers with foundations, NGOs, campaigners, philanthropists, policy makers, brands and media around leading social and environmental issues - to forge coalitions and campaigns that are good for all partners, good for films and good for society.

Up to 273 participants from 186 organisations and film teams will gather together for a selection of seven films (six are in production, the last one is completed):
- Orlando Von Einsiedel’s Untitled Gorilla Project, following the true story of a group of individuals risking their lives to save the last of the world’s mountain gorillas in the midst of renewed civil war.
- August Baugstø Hanssen’s Ida’s Diary, dealing with deliberate self-harming, which is a growing health hazard among teenagers.
- Johan Grimonprez’s The Shadow World, presenting a unique insight into the international arms trade, and all its controversies.
- Elisa Paloschi’s Driving with Selvi, about the tumultuous life journey of Karantaka’s first female taxi driver.
- Michaela Kirst and Monica Lazurean-Gorgan’s investigative journalism project Green Green Green, about international trade and legal frameworks.
- Amber Fares’ doc on the Speed Sisters, the first all-women motor racing team in the Middle East – and the occupied West Bank.
- Jeremy Scahill’s Dirty Wars, where Scahill chases down the truth behind America's expanding covert wars, from Afghanistan to Yemen, Somalia and beyond.

A partnership between BRITDOC and Sundance Institute Documentary Film Program, Good Pitch has been gaining momentum since the first international event in 2009. So far, the forum has raised $10 million in funding for documentary filmmakers, and has founded 600 new partnerships.

Cineuropa will cover the event live on Twitter and will gather all the details in a Storify like last year.
