The second weekend of the Transilvania International Film Festival (25 May-3 June, Cluj-Napoca) is eagerly awaited every year, as it’s the traditional time for the festival's most popular sidebar, Romanian Days. A total of 13 features and 22 short films are in the selection this year. 

Besides films that have already been seen at Locarno (Andrei Creţulescu's Charleston [+lire aussi :

, about a forty-something maths professor (Alexandru Papadopol) who must make a difficult decision after his girlfriend falls pregnant.

Also set to be seen for the first time at the Transilvania IFF are Bogdan Theodor Olteanu's LGBT indie flick Several Conversations about a Very Tall GirlVlad Zamfirescu's minimalist drama The Secret of Happiness [+lire aussi :

 is also being shown in the Romanian Days, but out of competition. Seventeen short films are competing for the Best Romanian Short Film Award, while five additional shorts will be screened out of competition.
