This is a story about people who decided to dream their own dreams, knowing their dreams were about to turn into a nightmare. Thinking of what a “Bosnian Dream” is … what is that is beautiful in a place with a not-very-pleasant past, present time, and probably the future, too.
What is the magic that keeps us here? And not only us, also other people who come here to visit, what makes them fall in love with this area? It is thinking about the inner beauty of the people that are undergoing terrible times. This really is the plot of the “Snow”.
The film has always been a subject to an international dimension, and this is what I find very exciting with it. It is great to be in a position to get to know other regions and people; it simply makes us richer, the fact that people from at least three different countries get together for one film.
It is important to me that I feel that we are doing something very special, to feel that we and the team function well together. We work in some kind of very intimate, creative space, and I believe we shall create something interesting and very special.
