Produced by Cattleya, the movie will depict a Rome in which the links between politics, organised crime, institutions, men of the Church and of the Mafia, instead of ending up buried in scandals, have increased exponentially. The director defines it as “A gangster movie that contemplates the end of an era, of a political world and of a criminal world that is turning into something else ,but it doesn’t yet know what and is thus charged with bloody last ditch efforts pending this ‘new order’”. Against a backdrop of a major project that will bury the city suburbs under an avalanche of concrete, Favino plays a politician and Germano the son of an unscrupulous developer. The cast also includes young upcoming actress Greta Scarano, seen at the last Venice Film Festival in Senza nessuna pietà [+see also:

The company founded by Riccardo Tozzi is also producing 5 è il numero perfetto by Giuseppe Capotondi, Lasciati andare by Francesco Amato and the upcoming movie by Siani, all of which will be filmed in the coming months.
