The line-up of this year’s Toronto International Film Festival (September 9-19) features an astounding array of cinema from Europe.

The selection features an impressive 11 films that are British or are UK co-productions. These include Tom Hooper’s The King’s Speech (UK/Australia); Andy de Emmony’s East is East sequel West is West; Mike Leigh’s Another Year [+see also:
