Anatomy 2, the sequel to the most successful German film of 2000, Anatomy is scheduled to go on general release on 6 February. Directed by Stefan Ruzowitzky, the film is the story of a enthusiastic young medical student who finds himself embroiled in a dangerous situation that borders on breaking medical ethics. Its star, Barnaby Metschurat won the Bavarian Film Award .
The main actor Barnaby Metschurat received the Bavarian Film Award for this role in January and the cast includes numerous young acting talents like Heike Makatsch, Rosel Zech, Herbert Knaup, Wotan Wilke Möhring and Frank Giering while two of the cast of Anatomy, Franka Potente and August Diehl make guest appearances.
