Michael Caine seduces the critics

During the London Critics Circle Awards, held on 12 February in London, actor Michael Caine was named best actor for The Quiet American. About Schmidt, starring Caines’s fellow nominee for the best actor Oscar, Jack Nicholson, won best film.
