French cinema in Moustier

The Moustier Festival of Belgian Cinema (26 February-2 March) is a selection of the best French-language productions of 2002.
Organised by Claude Leclercq who is also head of promotion at the French Community in Belgium’s Film and Audiovisual Center, Moustier will open with Un couple épatant [+see also:

, the first of Lucas Belvaux’s trilogy and will end with Hop by Dominique Standaert.
The Moustier programme also includes a good selection of successful short films like La chanson-chanson by Xavier Diskeuve, La Dernière Note by Maurice Minet and Mamamaman by Iao Lethem. The subjects of this year’s retrospectives are the late André Delvaux, artist Hergé and singer-songwriter Jacques Brel.
Special guests include Olivier Gourmet, Jean-Pierre and Luc Dardenne and Philippe Blasband.
