This is a good moment for Belgian actor Benoît Poelvoorde. He just finished playing Claude François doppelganger in Yann Moix’s directorial feature debut, Podium, and a new French film entitled Rire et Châtiment is about to be released in Belgium.
Produced by Michel Propper and Alain Mamou-Mani for MP Productions, Rire et Châtiment is the directorial feature debut of Isabelle Doval, the wife of José Garcia, and is the story of a brilliant surgeon (played by José Garcia) whose life changes when a friend of his literally dies laughing...
