The 5th low-and-no-budget Film festival (aka “Independent days”) is scheduled to take place in Karlsruhe, Germany from 28-30 March 2003. This event brings together film academy students, amateur filmmakers, young directors and even school students and this edition will see 46 films presented, including two premieres and a number of international contributions. In order for a film to be considered “low-or-no-budget” its cost cannot exceed Euros2,500 per minute. Films were selected according to their entertainment value.
