(see news) selected at both Venice (August 31-September 10) and Toronto (September 8-18), French international seller Le Pacte intends to strike some successful deals to close the summer season.

While both films will be presented in Toronto’s Contemporary World Cinema section, Last Winter will be unveiled first of all in Venice Days and Land of Oblivion in Venice Critics’ Week.

Also standing out in Le Pacte’s line-up are Czech director Jan Hrebejk’s Innocence [+see also:
