The 55th BFI London Film Festival (October 12 – 27), which starts today, is featuring an interesting selection of German titles.

Most of these selections will be screening in the aptly-named Cinema Europe section, starting which the project Three Lives, which comprises three feature-length extrapolations on the story of an escaped criminal: Christoph Hochhäusler's Three Lives – One Minute of Darkness [+see also:
