Shadow Dancer is a British thriller by James Marsh (Red Riding) about a female terrorist, widow and mother, who is arrested after an attempted bombing and has to make some difficult choices in order to protect her child. The cast includes Andrea Riseborough, Aidan Gillen, Domhnall Gleeson, Gillian Anderson and Clive Owen. The film will be distributed in the UK by Paramount and has already been sold to most territories.

Finally, British director Stephen Frears will present his US film Lay The Favorite produced from a screenplay by D.V. DeVicentis about a group of people who find a way of turning Las Vegas sports betting to their advantage. Bruce Willis, Rebecca Hall, Vince Vaughn and Catherine Zeta-Jones star in this film on Wild Bunch’s slate. The company will also handle international sales.
