A last minute twist for Muriel and Delphine Coulin’s 17 Girls. The two French sisters’ controversial film, which had a pending restriction to those aged 14 and under (see the news), will today come out in Italian cinemas free of any restrictions.

This was the decision taken by the The Censorhip Board of Appeal, formed of the third and fourth division and presided over by Massimo Scicchitano, which met yesterday and welcomed the appeal presented by the distributors Teodora Film and spazioCinema. The Commission established that there is no valid reason for a restriction and that the film should be visible to all.
